The CrossFit classes (WOD) may not be for everyone. We believe however that being healthy and having a solid fitness routine should be for everyone. That’s why we are introducing CFA FIT!

CFA FIT is designed for people who are looking to challenge themselves with a quick, high intensity, bootcamp style workout. The goal is to get you in, get you sweating and get you out all in 45 minutes.

Here’s what you can expect:

#1 – Heavy focus on functional bodyweight movements
#2 – Light to moderate weight using kettlebells, dumbbells & balls
#3 – No barbells, heavy lifting or highly technical movements
#4 – All fitness levels and all ages are welcome
#5 – No PRE-Course or experience is required

#5 – Highly experienced coaching staff with a goal of getting you healthier safely
